Welcome to New Era K9s

At New Era K9s, every exceptional German Shepherd we raise begins with our unwavering pursuit of perfect sires and dams, proudly adhering to AKC standards. As a dedicated dog breeder, our breeding program focuses on the careful selection of dogs whose structure, temperament, intelligence, and health meet the highest benchmarks of the breed. We travel extensively to examine bloodlines, pedigrees, show records, and health histories, ensuring that every pairing is a strategic match aimed at producing strong, healthy, and balanced puppies while advancing the German Shepherd breed as a whole. This commitment to excellence led to the establishment of New Era K9s—a kennel grounded in the belief that only the finest dogs, paired with ethical practices and meticulous planning, should contribute to the next generation. Each litter is thoughtfully designed, blending science, experience, and respect for the breed's integrity. From the moment our puppies arrive, we focus on socialization, confidence-building, and nurturing the traits that enable them to excel both in the show ring and as loyal companions. Every dog we raise is a testament to our stringent selection process, rigorous health testing, and steadfast dedication to the German Shepherd breed, producing champions that embody strength, balance, intelligence, and heart, while contributing to the ongoing betterment of German Shepherds globally.

Our unwavering commitment to excellence also extends to our dog boarding program in San Antonio. We believe every dog deserves individualized care, attention, and respect similar to what we extend to our own. Rather than existing as a high-volume commercial facility, our dog daycare offers personalized, home-like care where each guest receives structured routines, attentive supervision, daily enrichment, and compassionate handling tailored to their individual needs. With our extensive knowledge of canine behavior, pack dynamics, health, and training, we create a safe, low-stress environment where dogs can feel secure, comfortable, and well cared for while their families are away. Whether we are raising the next generation of exceptional German Shepherds or caring for a treasured family companion, our mission remains steadfast: to uphold the highest standards of health, ethics, transparency, and animal welfare while building lifelong relationships founded on trust, integrity, and exemplary care.
