Our Policies

All potential pets must complete a complimentary meet and greet before accepting a booking. Your pet may be denied based on behaviors displayed or require additional meet and greets to ensure comfort and and easy adjustment. 

All Cane Corso dogs require 3 meet and greets. They bond with their home environment strongly and take time to adjust.

Any pup that visits must be UTD on shot appropriate for age. We are fully compliant with animal control laws to protect our kennel license and ensure health and safety. Additionally, we reserve the right to verify with your vet the validity of records you provide.

Your dog(s) must be in good adiquate health prior to our meet and greet and booking. We understand health issues amd may require a liability waiver and/or a vet certificate depending on the issue. If your pet is not in good health at drop off we reserve the right to deny potentially without refund. We greatly care about the health of ALL pets in our care and will not compromise that.

We specialize in dog handling. We are well experienced in canine behavior, however we are human. If your dog has behavioral issues that are not disclosed prior to the meet and greet we reserve the right to cancel the booking, at anytime given the circumstances. Further, if your pet causes and damage to us, our house, or pets in our care you as the owner are financially responsible for that, and all costs that incur. 

We require a 50% deposit of the total booking within 72 hours of confirmation. Unfortunately, we cannot always hold open a spot for your pet without a deposit.

Deposits are fully refundable up to 72 hours in advance prior to drop off time. They take 1-5 business days + process times. If you must cancel after that we try our best to work with you as best as possible but can’t make any promises.

There is no refunds after a booking is completed. If there is any issues, contact us immediately.

We require final payment to be received PRIOR to pick up. Failure to pay will unfortunately result in court actions. We offer extremely competitive pricing and flexibility to help you stay in budget.

Your vet information is mandatory for your booking to be able to pull medical records in the event of an emergency to ensure proper medical treatment if need be.

We require you to have at least 1 local to Texas emergency contact that is aware they are being listed and responsive to us in the event of an emergency where we can’t reach you.

We require you disclose if you will be out of the country during your booking prior to confirming. We require additional emergency contacts and care plans we put in place to ensure communication, and adequate care and services to our standards.
